GLASS ORIGINALS – OUR STAINED GLASS STUDIO

We moved from Elgin, IL, to Stone Mountain, Ga, in August 1978. Bob Bogardus, the owner of the home we bought at 944 Bramwell Land, had started a stained glass studio in the garage. We bought The Glass House, renamed it Glass Originals, and were instantly in the glass business. 

Bob had designed some standard lamp styles, sizes, and prices. We used his color brochure and size chart to sell our lamps at several craft shows he had pre-booked. We encountered no problem from the ownership transfer. Show promoters accepted and embraced the Harrison/Glass Originals as the takeover of the business as one of their favored vendors./

During the ten years Glass Originals was active, we produced thousands of lamps for restaurants and homes. Pictures and notes below show some of our designs and customers.
